John McCarthy is a busy butcher from Crossgar with very happy customers.
All his meat is Northern Irish born, bred and reared. The meat is slaughtered and processed by Foyle meats in Derry. He is proud to say that all his burgers, sausages, veg rolls, bone stuffed chickens and kievs are all hand prepared by his own qualified butchers. He is famous for his great value meat packs and 21 day matured gourmet fillet steak and rib eye.
